We have multiple qualifications in various health and fitness disciplines, meaning we can use numerous exercise interventions to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Regardless of your work circumstances or the amount of time you can commit to your health and fitness, we strive for excellence across all our services that will help you get fit, lose weight, and achieve a healthier body.

Meet the Team

Conte Health and Fitness was founded by Sasha and Julia. Together with an increasing team of professionals they aim to transform the health and fitness of others by offering a more complete and holistic approach.

Sasha is a Chartered Physiotherapist that specialises in movement. Sasha is medically trained in Physiotherapy and also a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Julia is a Rehab Associate, a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a qualified Level 3 Yoga Practitioner. Aside from these health & fitness qualifications, Julia also possesses a BA in English Studies and a MSc in Business Management.

Together, Sasha and Julia form an experienced and knowledgeable team of personal trainers covering many different health and fitness disciplines. They have both walked similar journeys, and their experiences have helped many clients improve their overall health and fitness.

In addition, both Sasha and Julia know that there is a mental health aspect to fitness as well. It’s not just about exercising and physical activity – you also need to have reasonable control over your mental health to safely reach your goals and stay motivated to aim for your fitness goals.

This is what makes Conte Health and Fitness different. Instead of just focusing on exercise and nutrition, Sasha and Julia go the extra mile to understand their clients, take care of their individual needs, and provide lifelong motivation to sustain their health and fitness levels.
