"I have been working with Conte Health & Fitness for a year now. Like most, I’ve gained quite a bit of weight during lockdown. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do any cardio due to an injury and strength training had never been my thing. I decided to hire Conte Health & Fitness so I could lose weight and improve my overall strength. Training with Julia from Conte Health & Fitness has not only helped me to lose weight (17.4kg) - I started at 72.2 KG and ended at 54.8 KG - but I also look more toned, feel stronger and I’ve actually started to really enjoy strength training.

I’ve been training with Conte Health & Fitness for about five months now and I can definitely say that starting my fitness journey with them was the best decision I've made. Julia from Conte Health & Fitness is such a prepared trainer, since the beginning she identified the goals to achieve for my body health and look.
