HEALTH & FITNESS
The Client is responsible for making sure s/he is in good physical condition prior to each session/workout performed and that the Client knows of no medical or other condition that could prevent them from exercising at home or the gym. Clients shall not use their homes nor start a workout or session if they are suffering from any medical conditions affecting their health.
PAYMENTS
Payment for programmes, packages or subscriptions shall be made in full upon purchase and prior to the commencement of any programme.
CANCELLATION
​Any cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session shall be charged at the full rate.​
COMMITMENT
All monthly plans have 3 months minimum commitment. Any cancellation of a monthly plan requires at least 1 month notice from the following payment.
REFUND POLICY
Payments for programmes, subscriptions and blocks/packages of sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. If a client chooses to cancel this agreement, they will remain liable to pay the balance of any unpaid instalments at the date of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for any unused sessions.
VALIDITY OF SERVICES
Each programme or training package is valid for up to 3 months from the date of the Agreement. Any unused sessions at that point shall be forfeited and there is no right of refund.
CLIENT PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you sign up or agree to a contract with Conte Health & Fitness to use our services. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

- Basic information regarding your goals for training
- In the event that you enter into a contract with Conte Health & Fitness for the services of one of us as your trainer we will also collect:
- Address
- Payment details
Once you sign up, we will collect more detailed information including age and date of birth, current measurements and information in relation to your training history, injury history and general lifestyle.
WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect this information in order so that we can contact you in relation to your enquiry or sessions.
Information collected during your consultation and sign up is needed to begin planning your training programme.
We collect payment details in order to initiate payment related to our services and your contract with us.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
We hold your contact and payment details on our booking software. Your payment details are redacted with the exception of the last four digits of the card provided. These are shared with our payment partners, MyPT Hub and Stripe. They act as data processors for Conte Health & Fitness and administer payments on our behalf.
We do not share or sell your data with any third parties.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
All training enquiries are kept for 1 year. If you proceed with training with Conte Health & Fitness, we will keep your information for 7 years after the last booking. This is to keep in line with HMRC guidelines.
YOUR RIGHTS
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
